Battery was dead at a retailer across Bee Caves road. I called and the young lady at the store let me know they would send an employee to give me a jump so I could drive over and get a new battery. While I'm waiting a nice guy asked if I wanted a jump but I turned him down since the AA employee was "on the way". I called after 15 minutes and spoke with Gordon who told me that the employee was on the way. After waiting longer I called and the store let me know that no one was coming and that it would be an hour. I went ahead and dodged traffic on 5 lane Bee Cave road and hiked to the store. Then I carried the battery back to my truck and did the install. Question: Why would Gordon tell me the driver was on the way when he didn't have any idea? I turned down a jump from someone due to his answer. I can tell you I wasn't thrilled to carry a battery for a quarter mile in the TX heat. If Gordon can't give a customer a truthful answer, get rid of him. Feedback: Your employee, Gordon, could have given me a truthful answer instead of just blowing me off. The answer he gave me on the phone resulted in creating a huge headache and losing yourselves a customer. I own 4 cars btw.

Worst parts store experience I have ever had in my entire life. I came in with a brand new propotioning valve to match up some steel brake line for and before I could even ask for what I needed he said that they didn't have it. I said that I didn't need the valve I needed brake line to fit it. He cut me off and said that they didn't have it. He was blatantly being lazy and refused to get off his stool and look. I know that they have an assortment of steel brake line as I have bought some there before, but I had to take my business elsewhere do to this old mans laziness... I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SHOPS AT THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY IF THE OLD MAN WITH THE STRANGE ACCENT IS WORKING. I will never return to this store due to the other employees including the manager seeing this happen and not stepping in and assisting. Feedback: It's as simple as having employees that are willing to help and noticing problem employees that want an easy post retirement job that don't actually want to work and dealing with them through training or by firing them
